Arthur Turnkey 1 is by Toby Jones, Alex Horab, Madeline Queripel, Amanda Thomas. The first in what was to be a new all-ages adventure serial.
Arthur Turnkey is a middle schooler sneezing his way through space-time. His achoo’s teleport him to lands unknown to mankind – replete with aliens and monsters. Part sci-fi/fantasy and part coming-of-age, our titular hero Arthur faces desert battles with aliens and middle school crushes. Arthur Turnkey’s noodly figures are surrounded by washes of blue, gray, and brown, reinforced by clean and descriptive linework.
